Good job. Black and White make this image look really cool. Maybe even a sepia look would look good with this image.

<b>Evelyn</b>: I indeed oversharpened this image. My concern was the texture in the building and various vines, etc., might not be distinct enough if I sharpened less. That said, I do agree you, this image is a tad oversharp. Cheers!

Great Picture. It looks almost 'hobbitsy'. The sharpening works texture-wise, it gives the photo its own 'feel' and even though the compsoition is unconventional, I like it. I think it works well due to the very strong triangular forms that bounce your eye around the image. I think the cropping of the roof perhaps 'saved' the work, otherwise you would have lost the dynamic interplay between the house, the second house and the pathway.
