What I like about this image is the contrast between the organic water and sky that is full of life and movement to the static crane.
Last night I attended the opening for the Only in Washington photographic show at the Washington State Convention Center. The event was pretty fun: wine, finger food, music, & 104 great photographs. As I posted previously, three of the images were mine: Ruby Beach, Farmland, & Trio On Hood Canal. If you happen to visit the Seattle, be sure to drop by the Washington State Trade & Convention Center's 2nd floor public gallery to check out photographs from around the state.
I finished my Solo Photo Month Book, Postcards from the Far Side of the World (at least for me). Check it out at this link: MY BOOK!!!. How it works is you have a month to take and edit at least 35 pictures in a month. The pictures are put into a pdf that is uploaded to the sofobomo website. It is really challenging!
